SixMiles brings together the parts of life that are too often separated: housing, healing, work, culture, and responsibility. Our work supports a stronger connection to family and community before crisis deepens and through the journey home.
We are Indigenous-led and rooted in Ohsweken, within Six Nations territory. Elders, traditional healing, and an understanding of intergenerational trauma guide our work.

Community circle work is already part of SixMiles’ story. 7Sticks brings men together around mental health, addiction, and lacrosse. Our Women’s Circle began in September 2026, creating another place for connection and support.
Miles also contributes to the Six Nations Community Safety Table, where departmental leaders come together around community safety and mental health.

SixMiles is the working name of Six Miles Rehabilitation and ReconciliAction Centre. We were incorporated on July 8, 2025.
Our name reflects a commitment to put reconciliation into practice through community connection, responsibility, and opportunities to rebuild.
